What are the ingredients?

  • Minced Mutton: 300 gms
  • Maida – 150 gms
  • Oil:  just about a half cup
  • Salt – as much as it is needed for taste
  • Onions: Two well chopped
  • Green Chillies
  • A teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • A teaspoon of coriander powder
  • A pinch of haldi or Turmeric Powder
  • A punch of Garam Masala
  • Chopped Green Coriander
  • Method:

Prepare the dough with maida mixing salt and kneading with sufficient water to make it hard. Use a wet cloth and cover the dough. Now, get the oil ready heated in a pan and add chopped onions and garam masala paste. Saute well for a two minutes and add other ingredients. Cook the mutton till it is soft and ready. Keep it by a side and let it cool down. Make dough into balls of the size of large marbles and roll each ball into discs. Place the mutton mixture in the half side the disc and fold the other half enveloping the stuff. Seal the edges by pinching.

Now, heat Sun Premium Sunflower Oil in a kadai and fry samosas till they attain golden brown hue. Transfer them on large plate and let the oil drain. Serve them hot with sauce.
